I work for a start-up. It's an IT company based in Gurgaon. I started my career as an HR executive only last year, and my performance appraisal is due this month. Could anyone help me understand what percentage should be appraised for an HR executive? Also, there is an appraisal for the technical and marketing staff every 6 months, but I was told that support staff (under which I fall) will be appraised only once a year.
