Currently, I am pursuing an MBA in the fourth semester with a specialization in HR from KSOU Mysore University through the external program. I am required to submit a project report on "Safety & Welfare of Employees in a Manufacturing Company." I would appreciate it if you could provide me with some points related to this subject to help me get started.

You can conduct an Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) regarding salary, benefits like bonuses, medical coverage, yearly compensation, comp off, and shifts. It is a very good topic. Safety and welfare - in this, you have to include all the parameters that can be implemented by the company for the employees. Like regular training and machine awareness, regular maintenance of machines, and the use of safety equipment like shoes, gloves, helmets, etc.

Welfare - you can consider an employee welfare fund scheme, insurance for employees, an entertainment policy for workers, etc.
