Contract Staffing - Recruitment

Can anyone let me know the terms & conditions to be follwed for contract Staffing or Sun-Vendorship.... in recruitments..

Agreement between Contractor and the Principal employee with the conditions like, employer responsibility in case absconding, retrenchment, death or any other reason, whether it is linked to recruitment, time required to fill the positions, Statuory compliances like, leaves, holidays, working hours, Over Time Pay, Bonsu pay, PF, ESI & TDS deductions and pay etc. It also contains the terms of payment.

Thank you for the quick reply... we are a consulting firm planning to get into contract staffing with our clients.. so i want to know what will be the rates that usually companies follow in the market... and any particular terms & conditions to be considered.
