I have just finished designing the performance management system for our software division after conducting a thorough competency mapping.

Dear Ms.Ayona,
I have gone through the PMS structure however it is little bit complicated & would take so much of time to execute so if is simpler one then i would be easy for you to communicate to employees.

ur;s performance review is good, i had doubt on this u mentioned like 10 paramters on this preport but will be the points on 10 paramter,normally we have some standard parameter can you pls send it to me.

you have misunderstand the nos.
where i have put 1.--- it means 1st KRA
2.----it means 2nd KRA like that.
