I would like to know the ways to check the attitude of an interviewee at the time of an interview in an appropriate way. This has become a prime concern for every company.

Hi, there is no prescribed method of checking the attitude. You can judge attitude during a conversation and by carefully observing body language, or you can ask him about his past experiences and how he handled a particular situation. You can also give him any hypothetical situation and ask for a solution according to him. With the help of all these indications, you can judge the attitude.

Dear Sunita,

There is no specific way to check the attitude of an employee. However, "Behavioral Interviewing" is one of the best methods to assess the suitability of an employee. Past behavior predicts future behavior. On this premise, behavioral interviews are conducted. Naturally, one's behavior stems from attitude.

In traditional interviews, we check the knowledge of the candidate, whereas in behavioral interviews, we check whether the candidate has applied whatever knowledge he has. If you can train yourself or other managers of your company on "Behavioral Interviewing," I have handled this training program many times. If required, you may call me for this training. For additional information about me, I have attached my Training e-Brochure to this post.

Warm regards,
