Dear Sunita,
There is no specific way to check the attitude of an employee. However, "Behavioral Interviewing" is one of the best methods to assess the suitability of an employee. Past behavior predicts future behavior. On this premise, behavioral interviews are conducted. Naturally, one's behavior stems from attitude.
In traditional interviews, we check the knowledge of the candidate, whereas in behavioral interviews, we check whether the candidate has applied whatever knowledge he has. If you can train yourself or other managers of your company on "Behavioral Interviewing," I have handled this training program many times. If required, you may call me for this training. For additional information about me, I have attached my Training e-Brochure to this post.
Warm regards,
