What Essential Skills Should We Include in Our Manager's PMS Form? Seeking HR Insights

This PMS, we are planning to make some modifications to our PMS form, especially in the Manager's zone. Kindly suggest what are the essential skill sets that can be included in the PMS for any Manager/Team Leader. Currently, we have major qualities as:

- Team Management
- Decision Making
- Planning and Organizing

Dear Bhavna,

Of the three competencies that you have mentioned, Planning and Organising and Decision making are fine, whereas teamwork is an output. It is not an input in itself. You can replace it with Interpersonal skills and Conflict handling skills. A manager with all these four competencies will obviously foster teamwork.
