We are an architectural company and are on a major expansion mode. we're also looking in for campus recruitment..this is my first time so can u help me with the following querries;
1) Is a GD or written test required for recruitment of architects. Or should we only go through Interviews (HR&Technical).
2) What will be a very attractive & swanky presentation.
3) Architects are generally high headed, how to get the best.
