Hi there,

We are currently working on this project for a client. The most important aspect is to gain an understanding of the current structure and processes, and then to compare them with the future expectations. Subsequently, one can develop a stage-wise plan that is feasible, breaking down the changes into manageable steps.

Please find attached an article on BPR. I hope this will be useful. However, my point was: which methodology is being used and why it was chosen. Secondly, I am interested to know that while restructuring an organization, how you can actually calculate manpower requirements (especially if you are adding a new department to the organization).
