Rate Of Absenteeism

can you give the information about the rate of absenteeism in indian industry

Absenteeism Rate can be calculated by using the following formula
No of Man days worked
----------------------- *100= % Attendance .
Actual Working Days
100-% of attendance = rate of absenteeism
Eg: No of Man Days worked : 26
Actual Working days :31
So, 26/31 x 100 = 83.8% = Attendance
100 - 83.8 = 16 % = Rate of Absenteeism
If iam wrong, please advice.
