How can we do the recruitment analysis?

In a recruitment analysis, you should consider the following things:

1) Number of people called for an interview
2) Number of people who turned up
3) Number of people rejected
4) Number of people on hold
5) Number of people selected
6) Source of hire
7) Sources for various positions
