How can we do the recuritment Analysis ?

In a recruitment analysis you should consider the following things
1)No of people called for an interview
2)No of people who turned up
3)No of people rejected
4)No of people on Hold
5)No of people Selected
6)Source of hire
7) Sources for various positions
