Pls clarify driver comes n which category
skilled
semi skilled
un skilled
also provide latest minimum wage act for the above mentioned categories

Friend...............
Technically there are three kinds of drivers
1. Valet only for Cars
2. Staff/Admin for Cars and Bus (Staff Bus)
3. Executive Drivers for car and bike (day to day work)
As per Wages Act drivers also may be count in normal staff.
They are not performing extreme technical job they are just driving the company's vehicle.

It is better to go through the minimum rates of wages notification of the respective State for having knowledge on minimum rates of wages for different classes of drivers.
