Hi,

Maharashtra also has minimum wages fixed by the government, which are revised from time to time. The daily wage earner's wages should be at par with the minimum wages if paid monthly.

As you all know, the Himachal Pradesh Government has increased the minimum wage from Rs. 2250 monthly to Rs. 3000 monthly. Please suggest to me what the salary structure should be.

Dear Sender,

Please bring notification for Minimum Wages from the Labour Commissioner's office and determine which type of industry is applicable to your employer. Check the basic wages and special allowances that apply to each skill category, and apply accordingly.
