Need Help Gathering Essential HR Templates for My IT Firm in Mumbai – Can You Assist?

My name is Reagan Lemos. I am working in an IT firm in Mumbai. I need the following templates to make the rules, regulations, and processes more concrete. Please help me with the same:

- Performance management and improvement standards
- Appraisal Form (Technical)
- Leave Application Format
- Termination letter
- Memo
- Relieving Letter
- Performance improvement plan
- Formal Exit interview

I know it is a little too much, but if you guys can help me, I will really appreciate it.

However, for PIP or Technical Review, the template will be industry-specific. Similarly, the type of Memo template you wish to create depends on that. Please clarify, and I can assist you.

Thank you for your reply.

I would like to mention that the PIP I require is specific to programmers. I just need a format, and then I can improvise on it. Regarding memos, I need general memos such as warning letters, changes in JDs, non-adherence to norms, etc. I am just starting, so I really need the basics in place.
