How Can I Track Employee Career Paths and Growth in Our Organization?

I would like to know a format where I can get all details of the employees with their career paths in the organizations, i.e., their individual growth.

Although you could design a format yourself based on how you want to use it further. Please find attached a suggested format - with the horizontal axis being TIME and the vertical axis representing upward movement. You can further add items like qualifications gained during the years.
