Looking for Training & Development Magazines: Which Ones to Subscribe and How?

I am working in the Training & Development section of a PSU. I wish to know what magazines are available on T&D that I can subscribe to. It would be helpful if the subscription process is also included, such as the cost and address details.

Furthermore, subscribing to CII, Vikhroli, Mumbai (Confederation of Indian Industry) offers various training programs.
