Magazines/journals On Training And Development

I'am working in Training & Development section in a PSU.I wish to know what all magazines are available on T&D which i can subscribe to.It would be nice if subscription process is also mentioned,i mean,the amount and address etc.

You can apply to Human Capital magzines where in one can get different types of articles based on HR.....
Also one can subscribe to FICCI for different training related CDs and training programmes....
Also one can subscribe to CII, Vikhroli, Mumbai (Confederation of Indian Industry) for various training related programmes......
