I am working with the HR department of a construction company that falls under SEZ. We are developers dealing with infrastructures. Our corporate office is in Gurgaon, and the site is located in Manesar. We need to formulate policies. Now, the question arising in front of us is: under which act does our corporate office fall, and under which act does the site fall? We need to segregate all the policies for both the site and the corporate office. Additionally, my company's main registered office is in Delhi. I am confused about whether the corporate office will fall under the Shops and Establishments Act, in which case the site office will fall under which act. Also, what type of leave policies should be in place for site employees considering the nature of the job there?
If anyone can help me with this query, please provide the act with the latest amendments on all things like PL, SL, CL, festival holidays, maternity and paternity leave, ex gratia, payment of bonus, hours of working, and week-offs.
Please provide me with the solution as soon as possible.
