This situation prompts you to source tools from multiple sources or tweak the tools to cater to your requirements. In such cases, one has to conduct a pilot test for the tools before finalization.
Furthermore, the choice of assessment tools also depends on the type of Competency Model (Functional, Managerial Level, etc.). You can explore options from consultants like SHL, Hall Marketing, among others, who may offer simulations and exercises based on competency models.
