I have over 12 yrs of experience in HR/Admin management and I am having working knowledge on SAP (HR). Presently I am handling the Human Resources & Administration at a Chemical Plant (100% Export Unit) located at Derabassi, Punjab. The Plant is spread out in an area of about 50 acres and has strength of over 700 employees.

Really a informative one for me. I work for a cement plant in Qatae and I am also trying to frame policy for my company. Can anyone help me on the thumb rules when framing company policies & procdeures.
