Understanding Paid Leave Policies: Is One Year of Service Required to Avail Them?

What is the general policy followed in respect of paid leaves in the leave policy of the company? Is the completion of one year a mandatory clause to avail PL's?

Normally, companies provide 24 earned leaves to employees. Only confirmed employees are eligible to claim earned leave, and an employee can claim earned leave only after completing a year with the firm.

Please clarify that you have mentioned two things:
a) Employees can avail PLs once they have completed their probation.
b) Employees can avail PLs after completion of one year in the organization.

What if the probation period is for 6 months? Will they be entitled to PLs after 6 months?

I feel we need to have an induction for new members of the website. When a new member joins, guidelines can be given about:

- Searching topics
- Avoiding repeating topics
- Rating the posts
- Posting attachments properly to avoid requests by members to send them to their personal IDs

I also faced problems earlier when I joined. I am marking a copy of this to the admin to review.
