Im working in one of the repuited manufacturing sectors and im working on the project of Man of the Month whcih is an activity performed to award an employee for any exemplary work.
Kindly send me some details on the process of selecting an employeee to award them Man of the Month for any extra ordinary work and also which type of awards can be given to those.

To select the employee of the month you can ask for the recommendations from the HOD’sa of the particular departments, if there is any format of Monthly appraisals in your organization than work out on recommended names with appraisals.

Dear Kalyani,
Its an excellent idea of strating a Man of the month. We have already started in our orgnisation from last 3 month. We have started STAR of the Month.
The Parameters we judge are:
By Team Leader:
1. Performance
2. Team Player
3. Initiative
4. Learner
By HR:
1. Behavior
2. Attitude
3. Appearance
We also take voting form all the employees. whom do they think should me the STAR.
