coming back to topic..Hari, HR Ops functions are oriented towards providing back end support to Core HR roles...they could be:
- Handling Recruitment activities by coordinating with Resourcing Vendors as per requirement.
Responsibilities of Post Selection activities viz; Offer, Joining Formalities, Induction etc.
Assisting in Training and Development events
Monthly HR Reporting (of Key Indicators like Headcount, Acquisition, Attrition etc.)
Handling HR Helpdesk by Serving as a S.P.O.C for entire employee relations issues/ grievance
Assisting HR Managers in integral functions viz; Performance Management, Payroll, OD Intervention, Employee Engagement, Internal Surveys related to Compensation Benefits, Skill Mapping for T.N.A, administering HRIS etc etc etc.
