Please help me with identifying KRA/KPI for system admins and tech support executives for the systems department.

You need to ask the person who is doing the job about his Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). By interacting with them, you will be able to identify their KPIs.

First of all, you should obtain a job description for the specific position and then meet with the head of that department to decide the key areas where the individual must excel. These areas will form the individual's Key Performance Areas (KPA). To achieve these objectives, establish fixed criteria which outline the Key Result Areas (KRA) that the individual must meet.
