Please help me with identifying KRA/KPI for system admins and tech support executives for systems department.

You need to ask the person who is doing the job as to what are his KPAs if you interact with them you will be able to find out KPAs.

First of all, you should obtain a job description for the specific position and then meet with the head of that department to decide the key areas where the individual must excel. These areas will form the individual's Key Performance Areas (KPA). To achieve these objectives, establish fixed criteria which outline the Key Result Areas (KRA) that the individual must meet.

I'm new to this site. Is there anybody here who is willing to help me on how to create a KPI for Technical Departments? Also, I want to understand the difference between KRA and KPI. Please do help me. Thank you.
