I am working with an edible oil industry as an Asst. Manager HR
I am member of the core team of HR in this organisation.
As this is a core team, so we are facing alot of issues in implemetation of HR System.
As per my management, each department they have can show their importance in figure, which is easy to understand while HR talks about preparation of future, employee development, organisation structure etc. without any figure or statistics..........
Now I am planning to prepare an presentation on "Importance of HR in organisation".
And to prepare this presentation I require your valuable suggestions and information.
Kindly help me out with this........please keep in mind that majority of our middle management and sr. management people are holding the position because of virtue of experience not qualification.........
So we need to use the language and points accordingly........
It is very important, kindly help me out.
