I need your help in making salary structure in our company.We are a small software development company.
Present scenario is we give person hike on his current salary say -15- 25 %. But because of this there has been major disparity between salaries of employees.
Now we want to make some salary structure.
SO kindly help by giving some salary structure in other IT companies of same level.
