I need your help in creating a salary structure for our company. We are a small software development company. Currently, we provide a salary increase to an individual based on their current salary, typically ranging from 15% to 25%. However, this approach has led to significant disparities in employee salaries.

We are now looking to establish a more structured salary system. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in providing insights into the salary structures implemented in other IT companies of a similar level.
