I have corrected the spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors in the user's input. I have also ensured proper paragraph formatting with a single line break between the question and the response.

Dear Anil,

First, welcome to our citehr.

We do not have any Act in the name of the National Holiday Act in our set of labour laws. You might be interested in the Punjab Industrial Establishment (National & Festival and Casual & Sick Leaves) Act, 1965. Please be specific in your query giving the exact name of the Act.

Dear Member,

This is a State Act; therefore, go through your State Applicable Act for these definitions.

I would like to check if a retail showroom wishes to operate on National Holidays—26th January, 15th August, 2nd October. Where should permission be obtained for this, and what is the impact on employees who work on national holidays with regard to compensatory off, additional wages, etc.? Kindly help.
