hi saurav,
At the interview, you will be asked why you chose to be a trainer, whether that matches with your qualification ( some people simply do a B.Com/B.A. and become trainers just because they can speak in English.Very soon they realise that like any other profession this too requires proper planning backed by strong academic qualification. It's not a child's play.)
The interviewer will try to understand your passion for training. If an interviewee is not passionate or if he does not understand what training is all about, mugging up a few answers will not help him.
How long have you been training?
Do let me know if you need any help.I have been training for quite some time.
Pls. remember the 7 th habit of Covey. A trainer constantly needs to learn new hings.
Good luck!
