Hi Saurav,

At the interview, you will be asked why you chose to be a trainer and whether that matches your qualifications. Some people simply do a B.Com/B.A. and become trainers just because they can speak English. Very soon, they realize that like any other profession, this too requires proper planning backed by strong academic qualifications. It's not child's play.

The interviewer will try to understand your passion for training. If an interviewee is not passionate or does not understand what training is all about, memorizing a few answers will not help.

How long have you been training? Do let me know if you need any help. I have been training for quite some time. Please remember the 7th habit of Covey. A trainer constantly needs to learn new things.

Good luck!
