Please find attached the recruitment tracker. It is very good, easy to use, and provides more output with less input. To operate this, kindly consider the following points:
1. You have to track the pre-selection and post-selection procedures with minimal input.
2. You should use the filter option.
3. Fill the first 3 or 4 columns, and other details will automatically populate.
4. The statuses (Due, Pending, Hold, Done) will be color-coded automatically.
5. Feel free to make changes as per your requirements.
