We are looking for a way to Evaluate our Lecturer's Performance in our college, based on which their benefits like increments can be calculated.
Can anyone give us the right approach for conducting a Performance Appraisal?

you can opt for 360 degree appraisal technique whereby the lectureres will be evaluated from all the concerned parties on all the possible parameters.
the parties could involve students, collegues and dean.
if you need help, i can assist you in designing the forms as i have implemented it in my college recently.

Hey even i suggest 360 degree performance appraisal which helps u to get correct information............u need to prepare feedback forms and give it to students and colleagues coz they may feel bit uncomfort if you interact directly.............

HI,it would be nice if you could help me in designing this and moreover i also need to know how to do strategic planning for the next five years for lecturers.
