Mandatory Holidays For A Private Limited Company

Hi,
Can anyone help me on list of mandatory holidays for 2008. I work for an Animation company in gujarat.
Ours is a Private Limited company. I want to know the Labour rules on the amount of National holidays to be given a year apart from Paid Leaves(SL/CL).

First let us know under which of the Act your private organisation is covered i.e. under The Factories Act,1948 or the State Shops Act ?
