Impact Of No Salary Increase, Productivity Improvement

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
a.) Request you to please help me in developing a ppt to present the risks involved if there is no salary increase in the coming year. And also, if no performance pay to be paid the regular employees( excludes unionised cadre).
b.) How can we increase productivity/ Productivity Improvement ?

Salary increament is a Routin HR Management task...This followed by Performance Appraisal/P.Management. If Salary Increament doesnt takes place, employees' motivation will decrease and will bring low production along with quality of the product or service. Adverse effect on incoming and outgoing time of the staff and also possibility of theft, and others. These all will effect Psychology of staff and their behaviour may create violance in the organization. There are many things can happen.
