I have been placed as a HR executive in a non-IT company. Today I have been assigned to identify some key performance indicators for the following employees.
a. Graphic designers
b. industrial designers
c. accountants
d. Office adminstrators
e. office boy
f. office assistant
can anybody help me in this project.

Hello Everyone,
I have taken up an MBA project to study the need to identify the KPI at employee service level at BPO industries accross chennai. Can anyone suggest me few sites where I can find relevant informations on this topic.
And I have planned to take up a questionnaire for moving a head. and I am quite not sure watkind of questions to be included,
I do not have much informations on hand.
Can someone please guide me.
