Need Help Identifying Key Performance Indicators for Various Roles in a Non-IT Company

Hi all,

I have been placed as an HR executive in a non-IT company. Today, I have been assigned to identify key performance indicators for the following employees:
a. Graphic designers
b. Industrial designers
c. Accountants
d. Office administrators
e. Office boy
f. Office assistant

Can anybody help me with this project?
