Good contribution , also you could plan a Big event montly and define a month for the same For Eg : Sports Month , Picnic Month , Quiz month
It also would depend on the size of your organisation and the budgets too

Thanks a lot shubadha i was searching for this. Will it be possible for u to give me some more employee engagement activities to conduct every month in less budget. Ours is an insurance comapny.

To add you can include employee interaction session weekly or biweekly that could be one on one basis In the form of hurdles.Sharing their views/ideas regarding betterment of the system /processes or if facing any problem including the one with the supervisor if any.
Secondly u can organize an activity the form of awarding for best performers of the month /qtr/yr in the form of felicitation.
Some recreation activites like organizing any event say selling some old gadgets in low prices.
Organize some game events like TT/cricket match

Hi I glanced the calender,why share UR orgnisation out look,it must be pertaining to UR company only.Anyways to publisise UR effort & gain lime light it's good exercise subhash
