Thank you for the help. We already have the updated version of the Exist Interview form. We are in the process of starting to retain some of our employees who are very crucial for the projects. I require proper points or an agenda to begin the pre-existing interviews with the employees to retain them. I hope you understand my concern.
For this, I would suggest arranging a counseling session with the employees. Ask them about the exact problems they are facing in the organization and what conditions would make them want to stay. Begin the conversation in a friendly manner, and I am confident that points will naturally arise during the discussion.
