Perception, an important part of Human Resources!
Did we ever think of perception, that it is a very important part of Human Resources?
Perception, what can one understand by this word "perception"? It's nothing but pre-defined notions, feelings, thoughts that anyone has in their mind. Do we ever consider these points - that what we always think about something or someone is always right?
So, now the question arises: should we perceive things, or should we believe in facts?
Let me give an example - we all want to join our dream organization. I think I am right, where we will be getting all benefits, facilities, etc. But what if we get into it, and it is not as we were thinking? Won't our perception be wrong? Won't we be wrong in our thinking, thoughts, feelings, etc.?
So, certain things must be based on reality. Don't you think so? Because we are human beings, and we can't always be right in our perception. So, the conclusion is:
"Perception must be based on reality!"
