Please be informed that the Government of Haryana, Labour Department has increased the limit of Labour Welfare Fund Contribution under section 9A of the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965, as applicable to the state of Haryana from Rs. 31 per month to Rs. 34 per month in the employee contribution. The employer is required to pay double the monthly contribution of the employee effective from January 2025.
