Dear Sarita Pandey,
Upon reviewing your LinkedIn profile, it appears that you have experience in either recruitment or training. Therefore, instead of continuing as a freelancer, you might want to consider pursuing a job at this time. If you had maintained consistency in one field, you could have potentially reached the position of General Manager by now. Unlike freelance work, regular employment offers greater opportunities for advancement. Progressing from Manager to GM, then to VP, and beyond can bring a sense of pride. In contrast, as a freelancer, your career progression may be limited even after a decade.
Additionally, you have completed certification courses in the past. During interviews, you may be asked how you applied the knowledge gained from these courses, what benefits resulted from your application, and what lessons you learned from the implementation.
Therefore, beyond your inquiry about certification courses for career development, my recommendation for you is to seek a job in either recruitment or training. While a regular job may not offer the same level of freedom as freelancing, sacrificing some autonomy for the sake of professional growth may be worthwhile.
Best of luck!
