Hi Team, We are an Edtech and IT services company based in Mumbai. We have over 50 employees. Our workdays are 5 days a week. Previously, all employees were entitled to 24 CEL and 14 festival-paid leaves. However, the management has now reduced the CEL to 12 days and festival leaves to 10 days, with no provision for other types of leaves such as CL, SL, or PL. I seek clarification on the company's leave policy. Please guide.
