Dual employment - Can I join my new company without informing my current employer?

My current company have a notice period of 90 days I served around 75 days, I need an early release to join the new company on 17 May 2024, and my last working day in my company is 7 June 2024. Can I join my new company on 17 May without informing my current employer?
