Types of Leaves for Different Industries

For a factory, mine, or plantation, only one type of leave, i.e., annual leave with wages or earned leave, is available. However, for shops and commercial establishments, there are earned leaves, casual leaves, and sick leaves, but the number of these leaves may vary from state to state. Even an organization will have a different number and types of leaves for their branches in different states because the laws governing shops and commercial establishments are state laws and not central laws.
