Worried About My Job Offer After HR's Rude Response to My Joining Date Extension?

Sunilpada
I extended my date of joining, and HR agreed, but they didn't provide a confirmation email and informed me of the new date on a call. However, I don't have any official proof to access the office premises as a new employee, including the reporting time. Furthermore, I am uncertain about the details. During the last call, HR displayed rudeness towards me when I requested the extension of the joining date, showing dissatisfaction. This situation worries me as there is a possibility they might reject my candidature, putting me in a difficult situation.

Hi, HR is not a demon. As HR agreed to the revised date over the phone, just report on the stipulated date. By the way, I remember answering the same question a few days back in another thread by you.

If you think there could be a problem entering the office premises on the revised date of joining, please write a polite email to HR stating that you will be reporting at a specific time on a specific date, as verbally confirmed by HR. Carry a printout of the email with you.
