I was working in an MNC for the past four years. Suddenly, they scheduled a meeting with the manager and HR. They told me that there is no room to improve my skills in the current situation, and they are not satisfied with my performance. They asked me to resign today. In that case, they can provide three months' full salary and will consider a normal exit with an experience letter. If not, they will terminate me, and I will lose the benefits. There was no prior notice nor any PIP situation. They also stated not to send any emails; instead, resign in the company portal and mention that today is the last day.

I asked them why they need immediate termination despite me not violating any company policies, harassment, etc.

Please let me know what I can do here. I don't want to go to court and spend time and money as I am not financially stable to do so.
