How Do You Calculate a Company's Attrition Rate? Seeking Simple Formula Advice

Can anyone tell me the formula to calculate the attrition rate of the company?

Hi Nipuna,

The attrition rate is calculated as the number of resignations in a month divided by the available manpower, multiplied by 100. For instance, if at the beginning of the previous month the manpower count was 80, and during that month 5 employees resigned and 10 new employees joined, then on the last day of the month, the manpower count would be 80 - 5 + 10 = 85. Therefore, the attrition rate would be calculated as 5/85 * 100.
