Dear CiteHR and its team members,
For the last 4 to 5 years, I have been following the daily questions and answers. I have noticed that when members post on different topics, their answers often include links that are 5 to 6 years old or even older. My question is, why should outdated links be presented? I believe changes have occurred in the marketplace, and answers should reflect current requirements.
I suggest that CiteHR should design online HR courses tailored to current and future market needs. I hope all members of this platform will benefit and enhance their knowledge through this platform. I am confident that many HR experts are connected to this platform, allowing us to learn from them.
