My claim is getting rejected repeatedly for the reason "Claim Rejected NO EPS REMITTED." CONSTRN ADV INVOLVES ER SHARE ALSO GET TRF FM DL/CPM/27157/10153 TO DECIDE EPS. I was working for a company, which was my first job, and I left it without notice. I only worked for 3 months, and now I am unable to link my Aadhaar to that UAN to transfer. Please help.

If your PF qualifying salary in the previous company was Rs 15,000 or less, then your employer should have contributed to the Pension Fund as well. It appears they have not done so. You need to send a clarification as to why your employer's contribution was made only to the EPF.

In order to link your Aadhaar with UAN, you can also use the present employer, provided you have the same UAN with the current employer.

The thing is, my new employer has issued a new UAN, and the old UAN employer company has shut down. Yes, my salary was less than 15k in the old company.

How can I get this fixed? I am unable to contact the old employer, and the bank account where that salary was credited is also closed. I only worked there for 3 months and absconded. I don't even want any share with that UAN.

For the time being, continue with the present UAN to which the contributions are being credited by the new employer. You can also update the Aadhaar through the present employer without any issues. Please do that.

Closed Establishments and Digital Signatures

In the case of closed establishments, the digital signature would be active. You can inform the employer about it and ask them to send a letter to EPFO to clarify why EPS was not contributed.
