Is It Possible to Get an Experience Letter After Resigning Midway Through a 1-Year Commitment?

It is legal - a 1-year commitment over mail only. I have been there for 6 months, and now I need to resign by serving a 90-day notice period.

Legal Binding of Employment Commitment

It is legal and binding on you when you have committed to serve for one year with a notice period of three months. A binding agreement could be established through an exchange of emails.

It is better to settle with the employer regarding your liability.

Need more clarity on your service conditions. If you have a one-year contract with a 90-day termination clause for either party, you can give your notice, serve the 90 days, and leave.

Understanding the Exit Clause

It depends on your employment agreement on how the exit clause is defined; in most cases, it states "X" days or an amount in lieu of it. So, check with your HR.
