How Can I Transfer Employees to a New Company in EPFO and ESIC After a Business Shift?

Hi, I want to know that my employer registered a new company and shut down the previous company. All the work has started in the new one, but I have to register all the employees in EPFO and ESIC. How can I transfer all employees from one company to another? Please guide me. Thank you.

Mark the employees as having left with the date of closing the old establishment as the date of leaving in the ESI. Register them under the new establishment with the old ESI number. Similarly, exit each employee from the EPF Portal of the old establishment and register them as a new employee with the same UAN (but with a new member ID corresponding to the new establishment) in the new establishment's PF portal. Both actions should happen simultaneously.
