Hi, I want to know that my employer registered a new company and shut down the previous company. All the work has started in new one but i have register all the employee in EPFO and ESIC - how can i transfer all employees from one company to another . Please guide me.

Mark the employees as left with date of closing the old establishment as date of leaving in the ESI and register them under the new establishment with old ESI number. Similarly, exit each employee from the EPF Portal of the old establishment and register them as new employee with the same UAN (but with new member id corresponding to the new establishment) in the new establishment's PF portal. Both should happen simultaneously.
